Elizabeth (Eli) Mansfield is CEO of Building Legacies International. She comes to the non-profit world with over 20 years’ experience working in/with businesses throughout corporate America. She is a seasoned business development strategist with an entrepreneurial track record which includes executive leadership roles in emerging high-tech services firms as well as two of her own successful start-ups.
Mansfield has led numerous teams toward increased revenue, led nationally recognized marketing campaigns and sold multi-million dollar consulting engagements. As a consultant herself, she has personally delivered business analysis and management consulting to small and medium sized businesses throughout the US. She is a highly proficient written and oral communicator with an aptitude for ideation and a keen ability to implement creative solutions.
As Founder and Principal Consultant at The ESM Group since 2008, Mansfield helped influencers make their impact by developing and aligning sales, marketing and communications strategies for growth. In 2010, Mansfield was named “Woman on the Way” by the National Association for Women Business Owners (NAWBO) for her innovation, breakthrough success and documented growth of ESM.
Most recently, Mansfield served as Director of Missional Engagement at CPC (her church) and was Board Chair for Building Legacies International 2012-2016. Prior to this she was a founding member and co-chair of the Graduate Business Alumni Board at UST and Board Director of Development for NAWBO.
She is a trained mission leader for CPC, as well as through World Servants, Inc. and is a trained Global Village Team Leader for Habitat for Humanity. She is a founding member on the Zambia Task Force, an African mission through CPC in partnership with World Vision.
Mansfield received her BA in Communications from St. Catherine University and her MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas.
